A tire made here would be the best option.

944Racer72 OFFLINE Endurance Racer Posts: 748	I found an article online that said they were made in GA but that isn't exactly a solid source. Discount Tire Direct shows "more than 12" in stock in AZ and the same in OH. Another 6 in TX. This is a 225/45/15 tire. $140 ea on DTD's website.

One article in Popular Hot Rodding mentioned it and I thought I saw something about them in one of the Tire Trade mags.
