i have have the fearless leaders scales right now. i could drop them off in hayward but i don't have much time to help since i need to make sure i have a car for infineon. my silver car lost all oil pressure in the saturday race. probably not an easy fix. i have my other car but it's incomplete.

I think they'd enjoy sitting in cars. That would just be great. Last time we did this, only one kid was able to go out for a parade lap. I'm not expecting things would be much different. But there's plenty of time to sit in cars, and buckle in, do photo-ops, and things like that. They'd get a huge kick out of that.

Wish I could be there guys, it was a great event last year with some good racing.

Unfortunately NASA SoCal has scheduled our last two races on the same weekends as NorCal.

Ron and Kim, way to go with the scouts. At Miller, Charlie was getting ready for the Championship Race and a group of scouts came by. I grabbed them and started putting them into his car, since his was at hand and mine was a ways off. When he showed up to get the cool box in and do some other pre-race stuff, he found a group gathered around his car. I can say that he took it very well and was great with the kids.

Like him, I wish I was able to be at in Infenion race with you guys. I miss seeing those of you that did not make it to Miller.

Wish you could have joined us also but know you guys are in a SoCal points battle with a event the same weekend.
I'll talk to Jerry Kunzman and Ryan Flaherty to see if anything can be done with the October Porsches at the Point schedule for 2011 so it doesn't conflict with the SoCal schedule or have it scored as a crossover race.

Yes it would be great to get at least two events that could be scored from out of region events.

Just bad timing this year.
