The drops are worked out with each regional series. I work with NASA NorCal and will file the proper paperwork for the Toyo Championships with the drops.
I've always been taking care of the paperwork because they require my signature. The Toyo bucks you guys get in your mailboxes does not appear "magically"

there is also a difference between ken's results and the official nasa results from THR when greg had the transponder problem.

I knew you submitted the Toyo bucks and it is yet another area where we owe you our eternal thanks for your efforts. I just wasn't sure about the way the year end stuff was written.
