there was no qualifying for the start. they sent us out to parade around and then they waved the green flag at some point. it's hard to tell from the results how many cars were still running at the end, i'd guess over half. i am doing a story for 944 spec, should hit the page soon.

the toughest traffic was trying to pass a 28 foot pink limo in the tight twisties without putting a wheel in the dirt

28 foot pink limo??????? That must have been interesting. I guess you are right, there are guys there to compete and guys there to have fun. Which one was the limo?

i think they said the limo just set the cruise control at 35 mph and never touched the brakes. i suppose that puts them in the fun category.
