If you were going to have a chromoly cage put in your 944, where would you have it done in So Cal?

I talked with Jim at pierce motorsports and he was outstanding!! I can't say enough about our conversation.

Thanks for the heads up Steve. Working on a buddy getting a car and he will be building it from scratch.

Anybody have suggestions for San Diego county? The closer to north county (Escondido), the better.

I was going to go with a bolt-in Autopower setup I picked up, but have seen a couple nasty crashes recently that made me re-think that.

Try a mail order Hanksville cage. He recently shipped out his 65th 944 cage. Custom options are available...

I've thought about that, but I wouldn't trust my welding skills (and my MIG needs gas) so I'd have to find somebody local to install it for me anyways.
