Its been since the begining of March, The second largest collection of 944 spec cars on the West coast hit the track at Autoclub Speedway, 17 on Saturday and 15 on Sunday This was the first race for SO Cal this year. A large amount of wind on Friday , Saturday was still windy and finally Sunday it calmed down and was nice. On Sat Norman Topped the Qualifing with a 202.225 Tyler was second 202.423 Eric was third 203.472 and Jim R. was fourth 204.129 and fifth was Rafi 204.409 . The race videos posted by Eric, ,Joe and Jim R. show the action through the whole field was very good. Saturdays top 2 were #4 and the # 99. On Sunday Unofficial fast lap in morning practice was set by Tyler a 200.65 Tim has the official fast lap without headers and chips with a 200.983 . The official track record was set by Dwain with headers and a chip 158.7 in 2005 . Qualifing on Sunday was led by Tyler with a 201.308 second was Eric with a 202.511 third was Norman with a 202.704 and fifth was Peter with a 202.966. The 4 fast cars started in the rear and Eric's Video shows the race . Tyler Won Norman was second Eric was third Rafi was fourth
