afonseca OFFLINE Junior Racer Posts: 75	I'm registered and looking forward to it! I do have a question maybe someone can help answer. I won't be able to have tech done on my car before the race. I have a 2014 NASA tech so hopefully I can get it done at the track?

jivenjim OFFLINE Senior Racer Posts: 92	no problem. They can tech you at track for around 30$. You can run practice and Qual with old sticker and just get it done during the mid morning at regular tech station in front of garage #2. Glad you're coming down. You'll enjoy the bank and 5 wide at 120 Track is hard on brakes.

reflexr OFFLINE Senior Racer Posts: 153	While the car is ready to go on track, albeit cage free, I don't want to sort the car there, as it is a very specific set up, nor do have the short fifth in my transaxle to run with anyone. Good luck to all, I should be TT at Buttonwillow in June, and racing at the last event in October at BW. I may stop by for the weekend to get some cage pics, since we are going to have to build one ourselves.

Have you considered a Hanksville cage? They sell a pre-notched prefit cage that you just weld together. It looks like agood deal to me considering how much time it takes to do that part of the cage build.

As far as set up goes. 3.5 front 2.5 rear 1/8 toe out front 1/8 toe in rear. You can use this for most tracks.
