^^Thanks for the heads up! Yea I haven't driven it faster the 10mph but jesus it is loud and squeaky!

And I am thinking I'll need a cooling fan. Maybe I'll just add one fan and put a manual switch in the cockpit.

yes you need new headers. You will need the 1-4 pipe, 2-3 pipe which a commonly considered the headers and you will need the cat pipe which bring the 2 pipes into 1. You don't need the cat however.

Here are the stock 1-4 and 2-3 pipes in tube steel from although some are iron castings of a similar configuration.



In this picture on lower left you can see the stock cat pipe without a cat. The two ends attach to the stock flanges on the two header pipes.
