There is some interest from the MW/GL guys in having a bunch of cars come down south once over the winter. I need to look sat the schedules, and see what could work, but maybe we could help jumps-start things as well.

Eric,
I like that idea. Brian and I have been looking to set that up for a while now. With Brian, Jason and Duffman joining the racer ranks in November we could really get a large group.

Any events the new Mid-South guys could get to as well?

Our Road Atlanta event in Dec. might work for all. Plus it is a charity fund raiser.

Road Atlanta 12/1-2 would be great- there is even an enduro on Friday, November 30.

If I recall correctly the end of the year banquet is Saturday and the Toy Run (a race with all race groups combined) is Sunday. It is always a big event and a fun weekend.

Was thinking same thing readIng your report. Also thinking Toyo can't help themselves and price and performance are creeping up so that very little difference! (Devil made me say that).

That's a little soon for us to lick our financial wounds from the season, but it is a great event & track. I'll look into it.

JB, I've seen our size RR's from $180/each, which is pretty comparable to a shaved RA-1, but Toyo does get all the $$, w/o the tire shop's shaving fees, so they do get more $$. (I hear that devil, too!)
