What is the better rear suspension, 83 944 or 87 924s. They look different but are they basically the same in function and/or strength? Can they be switched?

Have both cars, removing everything from the 924s (former SCCA/NASA spec and gt race car but pretty banged up) and moving into a very clean 83 944. Would like to know if it's worth putting the 924s rear in the 83' 944?

Yes. Better hubs if I remember on the 924s rear control arms. Maybe cheaper axles as well.
