I'm looking to get into 944 spec, and have a line on an 87 944S. What's involved in converting it to 944 spec? The rules say I can use the chassis. I figure I need to change the engine and trans, but is there more? Or is the rest of the car the same?

Go to 944 cars for sale section and look for Complete Race package with the # 4. Save yourself a lot of time .

As a person that started with a car like yours and am still trying to get on the track, my advice is to get out your checkbook and buy that car. You will spend more money and time trying to get your car together than what he is asking, especially if you do not weld or have free welding available for the cage. That's what I would do if I had to do it all over again.
