The quick and short of this post is that NASA wants me to mandate HAWK pads on all cars starting immediately. I am refusing to stick this into the rules without consulting the group, especially so sudden.
I know I use Hawk, but does anyone else not use hawk that competes with NASA? If so? Reasons? Advantages?

I run Hawk HP+ front and rear. I find I'm overbraked.

I use Porterfield R4/R4-E's, mostly because I can get them cheaper than Hawks even with the discount, and I do other racing with my car than just 944 Spec sprints.

If NASA / Spec mandates Hawks, I'll not be changing my pads.

I use Hawks. But I'm not in favor of mandating them.

I use Hawks right now, but will be switching back to Carbotech due to too aggressive bite and rotor wear. This smells like a money grab for NASA that won't benefit the racer.

I use Hawk's.
