NO Ron. There would be less dust and dirt in the Baja 1000!

At least we raced early. By late afternoon, the wind and blowing dirt made it hard to see most of the track. Racing in that would have been MUCH worse than our Spec E30 induced dirt fest!

Great time though!!

Yah,it got REALLY nasty about the time we were headed out. A definite case of running first thing being a PLUS!!

I ran the PTE race late Sunday afternoon and at the start the wind was blowing so hard you could not see turn 1 (sunset) for the dust. Surprisingly besides the periodic wind induced dust cloud the track was ok. I was expecting far less grip. Maybe the wind just blew the dust off the track. Ron at the end my car did look like it ran the Baja 1000 and that was just the interior.
