Has anyone measured the o.d. of their 31mm hollow torsion bars? I've seen a set that have 31 stamped on them but measure 32.27mm. Are these the legal 31mm hollow torsion bars?

That's what I was thinking, I've heard the aftermarket uses an epxoy coating on the bars.
