Does anyone know if this aftermarket sensor can mount directly in place of the stock oil pressure sensor? It looks like a standard 1/4" size. (Pic below). Do I need the OEM sensor for anything other than the stock dash light? I'd hate to pull the stock one out and make a mess, only to find out it won't work. Thank you in advance for any help. Dash is almost done, just need to hook up some gauges.
