Short of getting a 924S harness which would be plug and play, installing a late engine and ECU in an early car is somewhat straightforward, just the wiring is a bit tricky.

So, Chuck taylor, Chris Venturini, Todd and I took some pics and I wrote this up. Not a definitive write-up, but should help some. And for sure, Chuck or I could answer any questions about this much easier now.
