got the bars finish welded tonite and cut my passenger door out to match the ds. Time to prep for primer.

scuffed the primer down last night and sprayed a coat of Alpineweiss on the interior w/ a nice coat of clearcoat. Now to tape everything up again and paint the rollbar a contrasting color- maybe grey?

Pretty! Painting the cage a different color when its already in the car is going to be a pain. It will look great if you take the time to do it though.

Actually leaving the cage the same color as the car creates muche more finished and professional look. Most of us have cage a different color from the interior because we did not paint the interior, just the cage.

Porsche cup cars all have white interior and white cages. If I had the time I would repaint my interior and cage all one color.
