went through all my vacuum hoses today as well, not only did i find 2 not connected but a couple were melted

i would love to fix the pad but the bolt is rusted and broken inside the bumper

Just drill through it, counter sink it a bit, and use a washer. You're going to need that to push Chuck down the track and make him feel fast!
