The rule setting period for 2010 will soon be on us all.

I would like to propose that we all start posting ideas for 2010 rule changes here in seperate threads for each rule.
That way, we can cuss and discuss them, offer changes and alternatives to a proposal and, as we get closer to the rule setting time, we can organize polls for the various proposals so that our voices are heard.

Thanks all.

Jim,
Thanks for starting this. We can discuss and even take sraw polls. However the rules are not up for a vote. They never have been and never will be. They are open for debate, discussion and we will accept driver input as factor, but we will never use a simple up down vote to determine what rules will be.
