These are PROPOSED changes gather from the various discussions. Use this area to further discuss these. Based on the feedback we get the rules will be changed (or not) to reflect these updates. It is anticipated that some rules changes will NOT be accepted, but all are up for debate.

15 Fuel Filler neck Restrictor
Fuel filler neck may be modified to remove the diameter restrictor.

16 Fuel Lines Aftermarket & Coverings
Rubber fuel lines from the chassis to the fuel rail may be replaced or modified. Any covering or heat shielding allowed on these lines in the interest of fire prevention.

The unleaded restrictor has been the equalizer among 944's racing in enduros up to this point. It doesn't matter if you have a fancy fuel rig, or a 5 gallon jug, it still has to be choked down to the 3/4 inch trap door in the filler neck.

If we do away with the trap door and we can hog out the filler neck, that will enable us to use fatter hoses, which WILL make us more competitive with the other kinds of cars in the enduros. E2 class.
