TOPIC: Need a donor car?

Need a donor car? 12 years ago #13149

I have a customer's car at the shop that would make a solid donor car for 944 Spec. It is a 87 944. It is currently not running. I have briefly looked at the car and believe it is because of a problem with the reference sensors. I Checked compression and the motor needs a head gasket. It's a 5 speed cars on Spec legal phone dials.

The customer asked me to list it at $1000, but I know he'll take less.

Located in Dallas, TX.

If its not then I know of another car located in Nolanville.TX that can be had for cheap. Has a spare motor and some new parts as the owner was "restoring" it. Early offset with manual trans, dont know if it has an LSD or what year he replaced the motor with.

I saw that car on craigslist. I contacted the guy last week and he said someone was supossed come by and look at it last saturday and that he would call me if it didn't sell. I never heard back and the ad was taken down so I am assuming it was sold.
