Joe has a write-up in the technical articles section. If I read it correctly; take some measurements before disassembly, disassemble, instal new parts with measurements minus ride height adjustment.
Is the there a general consensous on rear ride height and did I miss anything on the procedure besides the challenge of removing the old bushings?

no need to drill a hole in the fender. just weld on the tab. as for how to set ride height I recomend on early cars .

hang the koni shock from the upper mount then when installing the Tbars set the height so that the bolt for the lower mount of the shock will be lined up to go in the swing arm. on late front end cars add 3/4 to 1" more.

so about 4.5" for early and 5" for late.

remember to center the ride height adjuster before you start this.
