That looks pretty good Cullen and it's adjustible. I might just have to requisition one of my old tripods for a similar set-up.

Here's what I made with two 1.5" exhaust clamps ($1.49 each), a small piece of 1/8" thick aluminum, and a really cheap camera mount that comes with eBay bullet cams...





I'd probably want a better mounting piece for a typical camcorder, but this should be fine for the Aiptek cameras or a bullet cam, since they're both pretty light.

I still need to test it when it's light outside to see if there's a vibration issue or not... from what I could tell, it didn't seem major, but there might be room for some improvement.
